All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned funds will be credited to you after we receive the products back to our warehouse. Customer must pay return shipping. Contact Us or email email@example.com to request a return / exchange. We will give you the return shipping address when you request the return (depending on which item was purchased, it could be sent to one of multiple warehouses). Shipping costs are non refundable.
When your refund is approved it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received the refund, first check your bank account,
then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
